Shipping Policy

At IQ Decoys, we proudly ship all of our products within the United States. However, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, or Hawaii. If you need us to ship outside of the lower 48 states, please fill out the contact form before ordering! Each decoy is crafted with precision and care, using high-quality materials. Due to the made-to-order nature of each decoy and our highly detailed manufacturing process, please allow 3–6 weeks for production and shipping.

We offer free shipping on all orders. The shipping carrier is selected based on the most reliable and efficient option for your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor its delivery every step of the way.

Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in the durability and craftsmanship of our decoys. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or that was damaged during shipping, we’ll make it right.

Damaged-in-Transit Claims

If your decoy arrives damaged:

  • Please take clear photos of the damaged products and the shipping box (including any visible dents, tears, or punctures). 
  • Email the photos and a brief description to us within 14 days of delivery. 
  • We’ll use the photos to file a claim with the mail carrier and we'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. 
  • Drop the package off at your local mailing center. Once we receive the return, we will send a replacement.

Returns for Manufacturing Defects

  • Must be reported within 60 days of delivery.  
  • Email us to initiate the return. A prepaid shipping label will be provided.  
  • Once we receive the item and confirm the defect, we'll send a replacement. 

Warranty Policy

While we do not currently offer a formal warranty, IQ Decoys is committed to your satisfaction. Any concerns about manufacturing quality will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your product has a defect, reach out to us within a reasonable amount of time and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. When you place an order on our website, we collect only the information necessary to fulfill your purchase, including your name, shipping address, email, and payment information.

We use this information for:

  • Processing and fulfilling orders
  • Communicating with you regarding your order

We do not share or sell your personal information. Our website may use cookies for basic functionality and performance optimization.

Terms of Service

IQ Decoys reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud.

By purchasing from IQ Decoys, you agree not to hold us liable for any misuse, unintended use, or improper handling of our products.
